Terms & Conditions

1) All rates are inclusive of GST/IGST and Transportation upto Distributor/SS Godown. However, Distributor/SS has to arrange Labour during arrival of goods at his Godown. In case, if large vehicle is unable to enter the godown area, than Distributor/SS has to arrange small vehicle for transporting the same goods to his Godown at his own cost.
2) Distributor/SS has to make 100% Advance Payment through NEFT / RTGS/ ONLINE Banking mode after placing the order. Goods will only be dispatched after receiving advance payment.
3) Goods once sold will not be taken back in any condition. So Distributor/SS has to order the goods as per his requirements.
4) However, if Distributor is facing any difficulty in selling goods, than company will provide support by providing salesman or arranging to sell his goods to another distributor. In such case, transportation charges will be borne by Distributor/SS.
